What is Heppra 500mg?

Heppra 500mg is an Indian brand of levetiracetam, an antiepileptic (anti seizure) medicine. Each tablet contains levetiracetam 500 mg. It is made in India by Healing Pharma.

What it is used for

According to the US FDA label for Keppra (DailyMed), levetiracetam is used for partial onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older, and as an add on treatment for myoclonic seizures in juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (12 years and older) and primary generalized tonic clonic seizures (6 years and older). Your doctor decides whether it suits you.
