Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect medications, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund or free reshipment. Please contact our support team to initiate this process.
Returns
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used medications. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
Refund Processing
