Cenforce 200mg

Cenforce 200 is a sildenafil tablet made in India by Centurion Laboratories. Each tablet contains 200 mg of sildenafil, twice the maximum dose in the sildenafil label. No sildenafil product for erectile dysfunction is approved above 100 mg in the US, UK, EU, Australia or Canada. We sell it in packs of 90, 120, 150 and 300 tablets, from $1.00 a tablet.

We stock Cenforce 200 because customers ask for it by name, but it is not a starting dose and most men never need it. This page covers the price per tablet, what the one study of 150 mg to 200 mg found, what the label says about high doses, who must not take it, and how delivery works. Clinical figures come from the US prescribing information for Viagra (sildenafil) and published studies, listed at the end.

With shipping, the 120 pack totals $166, only $4 less than the 150 pack at $170. Cenforce 100, the labelled maximum dose, costs $0.71 to $0.92 a tablet. There is no Viagra 200 mg to compare with; in September 2026 US pharmacies paid about $0.13 per FDA-approved generic sildenafil 100 mg tablet according to the Medicaid NADAC survey.

What the evidence says about 200 mg

The side effect table and efficacy results in the sildenafil label cover 25 mg to 100 mg. The only published study of 150 mg and 200 mg for erectile dysfunction that we found is small and uncontrolled. McMahon (2002) treated 54 men whose erectile dysfunction had not responded to 100 mg, raising the dose to 150 mg and then 200 mg until they responded or could not tolerate it.

At the highest dose, 32 of the 54 men had flushing, 19 headache, 14 indigestion, 11 nasal congestion, 5 dizziness and 5 visual disturbances. There was no placebo group. In this one study, about one in four responded at a higher dose, and most of those who tried it got side effects. Without a comparison group, it is not known how many would have responded to more attempts at 100 mg: in another study of 41 men who said sildenafil had failed, 24 (59%) responded to 100 mg after being shown how to take it properly. For men who already respond to 100 mg, there is no evidence that 200 mg does anything more.

What the label says about high doses

• At doses above the recommended range, adverse reactions were similar to those in the label's side effect table but generally reported more often.
• In healthy volunteers given single doses up to 800 mg, adverse reactions were similar to those at lower doses, but more frequent and more severe.
• Low blood pressure, fainting and prolonged erection were reported in some healthy volunteers given 200 mg to 800 mg.
• Single doses of 100 mg and 200 mg caused a temporary, dose-related impairment of colour discrimination, mainly difficulty telling blue from green, peaking around the time of the peak blood level.

Which Cenforce strength to choose

The sildenafil label recommends 50 mg for most men, allows a move up to 100 mg or down to 25 mg depending on effect and side effects, and sets 100 mg as the maximum dose.

If 100 mg is not working, check the practical causes first: taking it after a heavy meal, too close to sex, with too much alcohol, or without enough sexual stimulation. Give 100 mg several attempts. Tadalafil (Vidalista 20) helps some men who respond poorly to sildenafil. Erectile dysfunction that does not respond to 100 mg is also a reason to see a doctor, because it can be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes. Men for whom 200 mg is plainly the wrong product

The label advises considering a 25 mg starting dose, one eighth of this tablet, for men who are over 65, have liver impairment or severe kidney impairment, or take erythromycin, saquinavir or a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor such as ketoconazole or itraconazole, because their bodies clear sildenafil more slowly; other HIV protease inhibitors are also expected to raise levels. Men on an alpha blocker (for example doxazosin or tamsulosin) should be stable on it first, then start at 25 mg. Men taking ritonavir should take no more than 25 mg in 48 hours, because ritonavir raises sildenafil levels 11-fold.

Sildenafil can also lower blood pressure further in men taking blood pressure medicines: with amlodipine, a 100 mg dose lowered it by an extra 8/7 mmHg.

If you and your doctor decide on Cenforce 200

• Only consider it if a doctor has looked at why 100 mg is not working and agrees to a higher dose. 200 mg is twice the labelled maximum.
• Take no more than one tablet in 24 hours, and never combine it with another sildenafil, tadalafil or vardenafil product.
• Take it about an hour before sex, on an empty stomach or after a light meal. A high-fat meal delays the peak by about an hour.
• Avoid heavy drinking. Alcohol lowers blood pressure and can make erections harder to get, and the label's alcohol study used 50 mg, not higher doses.
• If side effects are troublesome, stop and speak to your doctor.

When to get urgent help

• An erection lasting more than 4 hours. Without prompt treatment it can permanently damage the penis and cause lasting erectile dysfunction.
• Sudden loss or reduction of vision in one or both eyes. Stop taking sildenafil and get medical help straight away.
• Sudden loss or reduction of hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears or dizziness. Stop taking sildenafil and get prompt medical attention.
• Chest pain, dizziness, fainting or nausea during sex: stop and get medical help right away.
• Swelling of the lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or a rash, hives or blistering skin.
• If you take more than one tablet, contact a doctor or emergency department straight away.

If you need emergency care for a heart problem, tell the staff that you took sildenafil, how much and when. Nitrates, a standard emergency treatment for chest pain, must not be given soon after a dose; the label says it is not known when they can safely be given, even 24 hours later.

Who must not take Cenforce 200

• Anyone using nitrates in any form, regularly or occasionally, including nitroglycerin sprays, tablets or patches for angina, and amyl or butyl nitrite "poppers". The combination can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure.
• Anyone taking a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat (Adempas) or vericiguat (Verquvo).
• Anyone allergic to sildenafil or any ingredient of the tablet.
• Men with severe liver impairment, blood pressure below 90/50, a recent heart attack or stroke, retinitis pigmentosa or another inherited retinal disorder, or previous loss of vision in one eye from NAION. The UK and EU labels list these as contraindications; the US label advises caution.
• Men for whom sex is inadvisable because of a heart condition. The label has no controlled data in men who had a heart attack, stroke or life-threatening arrhythmia in the last 6 months, men with resting blood pressure below 90/50 or above 170/110, or men with heart failure or unstable angina.

Do not combine Cenforce with Revatio (sildenafil for pulmonary hypertension), another PDE5 inhibitor such as tadalafil or vardenafil, or other erectile dysfunction treatments. Talk to a doctor first if you have aortic stenosis or another obstruction to blood flow out of the heart, severely impaired control of blood pressure, a deformed penis (angulation or Peyronie's disease), a condition that raises the risk of prolonged erections (sickle cell anaemia, multiple myeloma, leukaemia), a bleeding disorder or an active stomach ulcer. Cenforce is for adult men only, and it does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Prescription and legal status

Sildenafil is a prescription medicine in the US, Australia and Canada. In the UK it is prescription only apart from 50 mg pharmacy packs such as Viagra Connect. No sildenafil product for erectile dysfunction is licensed at 200 mg in the US, UK, EU, Australia or Canada, and Cenforce is not licensed by the FDA, the MHRA, the TGA or Health Canada. In the US, the FDA says personal importation of unapproved medicines is illegal in most circumstances. We recommend seeing a doctor before using sildenafil, especially at a dose above 100 mg, and checking the rules where you live before ordering.

Buying genuine Cenforce

The MHRA warns that any medicine not authorised for sale in the UK, which includes Cenforce, can be unsafe or ineffective, and that erectile dysfunction pills bought online may contain no active ingredient, the wrong dose, hidden drugs or toxic ingredients. The MHRA advises UK buyers to use only UK-registered pharmacies. When your order arrives, check that each strip names Centurion Laboratories and shows a batch number and an expiry date, and reject strips that are damaged, unsealed or unmarked. These checks cannot prove a product is genuine on their own, because counterfeiters copy packaging. If a batch causes unusual symptoms, stop using it, seek medical advice, and report it to your medicines regulator (the MHRA Yellow Card scheme in the UK, FDA MedWatch in the US, the TGA in Australia or Health Canada) as well as to us.
