What is Nimorhage 30mg?

Nimorhage 30mg is an Indian brand of nimodipine, a calcium channel blocker. Each tablet contains nimodipine 30 mg. It is made in India by Healing Pharma.

What it is used for

According to the UK SmPC for Nimotop 30 mg tablets (emc), nimodipine is used for preventing brain damage from reduced blood flow (ischaemic neurological deficits) after bleeding from a burst brain aneurysm (aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage). The US label for nimodipine capsules carries a boxed warning never to inject the capsule contents into a vein or by any other route, as this has caused serious harm, including death. Your doctor decides whether it suits you.
