Dapoforce 30mg is a dapoxetine tablet for diagnosed premature ejaculation, made by Healing Pharma India Pvt Ltd of Mumbai. Each tablet contains dapoxetine 30 mg, which is the dose every man is meant to start on: the dapoxetine (Priligy) product information says "The recommended starting dose for all patients is 30 mg". If you have never taken dapoxetine, this is the strength to begin with, not Dapoforce 60mg. We sell Dapoforce 30mg in packs of 30, 60, 90 and 120 tablets, from $0.87 a tablet in the 90 and 120 packs before shipping.
Dapoxetine is not approved by the FDA or Health Canada, and Dapoforce is not approved by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada. Below you will find what to do before the first dose, how to take it, what 30 mg did in the trials, the side effects at this dose, who must not take it, and the price per tablet. Clinical figures come from the European Priligy product information, listed at the end.

Price per tablet
Prices below are as of October 2026. The pack selector above always shows the current price.
| Pack | Price | Per tablet | Shipping | Per tablet with shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30 tablets | $30 | $1.00 | $25 | $1.83 |
| 60 tablets | $53 | $0.88 | $25 | $1.30 |
| 90 tablets | $78 | $0.87 | $25 | $1.14 |
| 120 tablets | $104 | $0.87 | $25 | $1.08 |
Each pack on its own costs less than $149, so each carries the $25 shipping charge unless you add other items to the order. Before shipping, the 90 and 120 packs cost the same per tablet; once shipping is added, the 120 pack is lowest because the same $25 is spread over more tablets. For a first order, the label's own schedule is worth keeping in mind: a doctor should review after the first four weeks or at least six doses whether dapoxetine is worth continuing, and some men stop because of nausea or dizziness. A 30 pack covers that trial period at the lowest total outlay. Check the expiry date on the strips when your order arrives. For comparison, Dapoforce 60mg costs $0.94 to $1.07 a tablet before shipping.
Compared with Priligy
Priligy is the original licensed dapoxetine brand, sold in 30 mg and 60 mg tablets. There is no US comparison: the FDA has not approved dapoxetine, so there is no US brand, no US generic and no NADAC pharmacy cost to quote.
| Dapoforce 30mg | Priligy 30 mg | |
|---|---|---|
| Maker | Healing Pharma India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai; not approved by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada | Licensed dapoxetine brand |
| Contains | Dapoxetine 30 mg | Dapoxetine 30 mg (as hydrochloride) |
| FDA or Health Canada approved | No | No |
| Licensed in the UK and Australia | No | Yes, prescription-only |
| Cost per tablet | $0.87 to $1.00 from us, before shipping | No US price |
Priligy was licensed on clinical trial evidence. We have found no published study comparing Dapoforce with Priligy, so we cannot say that the two release the same amount of dapoxetine into the blood. If you are in the UK or Australia, a doctor can prescribe licensed Priligy.
Do you have premature ejaculation?
Before a first prescription, it is worth checking the diagnosis. The Priligy product information limits dapoxetine to men with diagnosed premature ejaculation who meet all of these: ejaculation less than two minutes after penetration; persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal stimulation, before, on or shortly after penetration and before the man wishes; marked distress or relationship difficulty because of it; poor control over ejaculation; and premature ejaculation in most attempts over the last six months. It says dapoxetine should not be prescribed simply to delay ejaculation in men without that diagnosis, and that other forms of sexual dysfunction, including erectile dysfunction, should be carefully investigated first. Some men with weak erections rush to finish before the erection fades, which is an erection problem rather than premature ejaculation. Dapoxetine is not a treatment for erection problems, and erectile dysfunction is listed among its own common side effects.
What 30 mg did in the trials
In a 24 week placebo-controlled trial of 1,162 men, 388 took dapoxetine 30 mg as needed. At the end of the study the median average time to ejaculation was 1.72 minutes on 30 mg against 1.05 minutes on placebo; the average (least squares mean) was 2.9 against 1.7 minutes. 44.4% of men on 30 mg reached an average of at least 2 minutes, against 23.2% on placebo, and 28.4% rated their condition "better" or "much better" at week 24, against 14% on placebo. The label says the gain varied a lot between men and depended on how short the time was to begin with. Men with erectile dysfunction were excluded from these trials.
Compared with placebo, 30 mg added 0.6 minutes to the median and 1.2 minutes to the average, so it helps some men a lot and others little. The label's 60 mg arm did a little better on average (median 1.91 minutes; 47.9% reached at least 2 minutes). Across the phase 3 trials, nausea and dizziness were roughly twice as common at 60 mg, and the label says the incidence and severity of side effects is higher with the 60 mg dose and that treatment should not be started at 60 mg.
Which strength to choose
| Product | Dapoxetine dose | Where it sits on the label |
|---|---|---|
| Dapoforce 30mg (this page) | 30 mg | The usual starting dose for all patients. Also the maximum for men taking moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors. |
| Dapoforce 60mg | 60 mg | The labelled maximum. Only if a doctor decides 30 mg was not enough and was tolerated. |
| Dapoforce 90mg | 90 mg | Above the labelled maximum. We would not recommend Dapoforce 90; the label sets 60 mg as the maximum. |
The label says "Treatment with Priligy should not be initiated with the 60 mg dose." The dose may go up to 60 mg only if the response to 30 mg was not enough and you had no moderate or severe side effects and no warning signs of fainting on 30 mg. If you had a drop in blood pressure on standing on 30 mg, the label says the dose should not be increased. That decision belongs to your doctor, not to you. Men with a CYP2D6 poor metaboliser genotype, or taking a potent CYP2D6 inhibitor, need extra caution before any increase. Do not take two 30 mg tablets together to make 60 mg on your own. Our dapoxetine dosage guide compares the two doses in detail.
Before your first dose
- See a doctor first. The label asks the doctor to take a history of fainting or dizziness on standing and to do an orthostatic test before you start: blood pressure and pulse measured lying down and again standing. If you have had a documented or suspected drop in blood pressure on standing, the label says dapoxetine should be avoided.
- Take the first tablet at home. In the trials, most fainting happened within the first 3 hours after a dose, after the first dose, or during clinic procedures such as blood tests and blood pressure checks. You cannot know in advance how you will react to your first tablet, so we suggest taking it at home, when you are not going to drive, and not before a night out or after drinking.
- Know the warning signs. Nausea, dizziness, light-headedness, palpitations, weakness, confusion or sweating can come before fainting. If they start, lie down with your head lower than your body, or sit with your head between your knees, until they pass.
- Check your other medicines. Antidepressants and several other medicines must not be combined with dapoxetine (see "Who should not take Dapoforce 30mg" below).
How to take Dapoforce 30mg
- Swallow one tablet whole with at least one full glass of water, about 1 to 3 hours before sex, with or without food. The label says swallowing it whole avoids the bitter taste.
- Take it only when sex is planned. It is not for continuous daily use, and you must not take it more than once in 24 hours.
- Do not drink alcohol. The label says alcohol can add to dapoxetine's effects on thinking and reflexes and make fainting more likely, raising the risk of injury.
- Do not take it with recreational drugs. Ketamine, ecstasy (MDMA) or LSD may lead to serious reactions such as heart rhythm problems, overheating and serotonin syndrome; opioids and benzodiazepines can add to drowsiness and dizziness.
- Avoid grapefruit juice for 24 hours before a dose. The label calls it a potent CYP3A4 inhibitor, which raises dapoxetine levels.
- Do not combine it with erectile dysfunction tablets such as sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil or avanafil, or with any other dapoxetine product (see below).
- Drink enough fluids, and do not stand up quickly after lying or sitting for a long time.
Go back to your doctor after the first four weeks or at least six doses. The label asks the doctor to weigh benefit and risk at that point and decide whether to continue, and then to re-check at least every six months. Data beyond 24 weeks are limited.
Groups who need extra care with Dapoforce 30mg
- Moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors such as erythromycin, clarithromycin, fluconazole, amprenavir, fosamprenavir, aprepitant, verapamil and diltiazem: the label restricts the dose to 30 mg and advises caution. Dapoforce 30mg is the only Dapoforce strength within that limit, and only with your doctor's agreement. Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors are a contraindication (see below).
- CYP2D6 poor metabolisers, or men taking a potent CYP2D6 inhibitor: levels can be much higher, and the label advises caution before increasing to 60 mg.
- Kidney impairment: the label says dapoxetine is not recommended in severe kidney impairment, so Dapoforce 30mg is not suitable then; caution in mild or moderate impairment.
- Liver impairment: dapoxetine must not be taken with moderate or severe liver impairment (Child-Pugh B or C).
- Alpha blockers and nitrates (for example tamsulosin, doxazosin or a nitroglycerin spray): the label says dapoxetine should be prescribed with caution, because of a possible drop in blood pressure on standing.
- Epilepsy medicines, antipsychotics, anxiety medicines and sleeping tablets (not antidepressants, which must not be combined; see below), and blood thinners or medicines that affect platelets (warfarin, aspirin, anti-inflammatory painkillers, antiplatelet medicines): the label advises caution.
- Age 65 and over: the label says dapoxetine's efficacy and safety have not been established in this group, and it is indicated only up to age 64.
Side effects at 30 mg
The rates below come from the phase 3 trials of dapoxetine. The label reports them as dose related and gives no matching placebo figures. The 30 mg column applies to Dapoforce 30mg; the 60 mg column shows what happens if the dose is raised.
| Side effect | 30 mg | 60 mg |
|---|---|---|
| Nausea | 11.0% | 22.2% |
| Dizziness | 5.8% | 10.9% |
| Headache | 5.6% | 8.8% |
| Diarrhoea | 3.5% | 6.9% |
| Insomnia | 2.1% | 3.9% |
| Fatigue | 2.0% | 4.1% |
At 30 mg, about one man in nine had nausea, and nausea, dizziness, diarrhoea, insomnia and fatigue were each roughly half as common as at 60 mg. Nausea and dizziness were the side effects that most often made men stop treatment. Other common side effects in the label include anxiety, agitation, restlessness, abnormal dreams, lower sex drive, drowsiness, poor concentration, tremor, pins and needles, blurred vision, ringing in the ears, flushing, sinus congestion, yawning, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, dry mouth, sweating, erectile dysfunction, irritability and raised blood pressure. Our dapoxetine side effects guide covers the data in full.
Fainting
Dapoxetine can cause fainting, sometimes with a very slow heartbeat or a pause in the heartbeat. In the placebo-controlled phase 3 trials it happened in 0.06% of men on 30 mg, about 6 in 10,000, against 0.23% on 60 mg. In the trials, most fainting happened within the first 3 hours after a dose, after the first dose, or during clinic procedures such as blood tests and blood pressure checks, and the label says fainting appears dose dependent. Nausea, dizziness, light-headedness, palpitations, weakness, confusion or sweating often came first, but you can faint at any time, with or without these warning signs. If you notice them, lie down with your head lower than your body, or sit with your head between your knees, until they pass, and do not drive or use dangerous machinery. Men with heart disease were excluded from the trials, and the label says the risk of harm from fainting is higher in men with structural heart disease.
When to get urgent help
- Fainting, or chest pain, a racing or very slow heartbeat, or severe dizziness after a dose.
- Agitation, confusion, fever, sweating or muscle twitching, especially after taking it with another serotonin-acting medicine or a recreational drug (possible serotonin syndrome).
- A seizure. Stop taking it.
- Sudden eye pain or blurred vision. The label links dapoxetine to eye pain and widened pupils, and asks for caution in men at risk of angle-closure glaucoma.
- Low mood, thoughts of harming yourself, or unusually high mood and overactivity. Stop taking it and speak to a doctor.
- Signs of an allergic reaction: swelling of the lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or a rash, hives or blistering skin.
- If you take more than one tablet in 24 hours, get medical advice straight away. The label reports no overdose cases, and lists drowsiness, nausea and vomiting, a fast heartbeat, tremor, agitation and dizziness as typical of SSRI overdose.
Tell emergency staff that you took dapoxetine, how much and when, and anything else you took with it.
Who should not take Dapoforce 30mg
A lower dose does not change these rules. Never take it if any of these apply (contraindications in the Priligy label):
- You are allergic to dapoxetine or any ingredient of the tablet.
- You have heart failure (NYHA class II to IV), heart conduction problems such as AV block or sick sinus syndrome, significant ischaemic heart disease or significant heart valve disease, or a history of fainting.
- You have had mania or severe depression.
- You take an MAOI, thioridazine, an antidepressant (SSRI, SNRI or tricyclic), or another serotonin-acting medicine or herbal product such as L-tryptophan, triptans, tramadol, linezolid, lithium or St John's wort, or stopped one within the last 14 days. Do not start one of these within 7 days of your last dose.
- You take a potent CYP3A4 inhibitor such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin, nefazodone, nelfinavir or atazanavir.
- You have moderate or severe liver impairment.
The Priligy label also says dapoxetine should not be used, should be avoided, or is not recommended in these situations:
- With erectile dysfunction tablets. Dapoxetine should not be used in men with erectile dysfunction who are using PDE5 inhibitors such as sildenafil or tadalafil, because together they may cause a drop in blood pressure on standing, and the safety and efficacy of the combination have not been established. Do not combine Dapoforce with any ED tablet.
- After a documented or suspected drop in blood pressure on standing; treatment should be avoided.
- With a history of mania, hypomania or bipolar disorder, with schizophrenia, or with current depression. Do not stop an antidepressant in order to take dapoxetine, and stop and see a doctor if low mood develops.
- Under 18 years of age. It is indicated only from 18 to 64.
- With epilepsy that is not well controlled; stop after any seizure. Men with controlled epilepsy should be carefully monitored.
- With severe kidney impairment, where the label says dapoxetine is not recommended, so Dapoforce 30mg is not suitable.
- With rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption, because Priligy tablets contain lactose. We do not have the full ingredient list for Dapoforce, so check the pack.
Talk to a doctor first if you have raised eye pressure or a risk of angle-closure glaucoma, a bleeding or clotting disorder, mild or moderate kidney impairment, or a heart condition not listed above. Dapoforce does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
Prescription and legal status
Dapoxetine is prescription-only in the UK and Australia, where it is licensed as Priligy. The FDA and Health Canada have not approved dapoxetine. Dapoforce is not licensed by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada. In the US, the FDA says personal importation of unapproved medicines is illegal in most circumstances. See a doctor before using it and check the rules where you live.
Buying genuine Dapoforce
The MHRA warns that "any medicine not authorised for sale in the UK can be unsafe or ineffective and there is no way of knowing what is in them". That warning covers Dapoforce, which is not authorised in the UK, and the MHRA advises UK buyers to use only UK-registered pharmacies. Check that each strip names Healing Pharma and shows the 30 mg strength, a batch number and an expiry date, and reject strips that are damaged, unsealed or unmarked. These checks cannot prove a product is genuine, because counterfeiters copy packaging. If a batch causes unusual symptoms, stop using it, seek medical advice, and report it to your medicines regulator (the MHRA Yellow Card scheme in the UK, FDA MedWatch in the US, the TGA in Australia or Health Canada) as well as to us.
Delivery
We ship Dapoforce 30mg to the US, UK, Australia and Canada in plain packaging with tracking. Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days to most countries. Shipping costs a flat $25 on orders under $149 and is free from $149. See our shipping page and refund policy.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Dapoforce 30mg?
Dapoforce 30mg is a tablet made by Healing Pharma India Pvt Ltd containing dapoxetine 30 mg, a short-acting SSRI for diagnosed premature ejaculation in men aged 18 to 64. 30 mg is the labelled starting dose for every man. Dapoforce is not approved by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada.
Is Dapoforce 30mg the same as Priligy 30 mg?
It contains the same active ingredient, dapoxetine, at the same 30 mg strength as Priligy 30 mg. Priligy is the licensed brand and is prescription-only in the UK and Australia. We have found no published study comparing Dapoforce with Priligy, so we cannot say the two release the same amount of dapoxetine into the blood.
How much does Dapoforce 30mg cost per tablet?
As of October 2026 it costs $1.00 a tablet in the 30 pack, $0.88 in the 60 pack and $0.87 in the 90 and 120 packs, before shipping. Every pack on its own is under $149, so each carries $25 shipping; with shipping the 120 pack is lowest at $1.08 a tablet and the 30 pack works out at $1.83.
How do I take Dapoforce 30mg for the first time?
See a doctor first: the label asks for a blood pressure and pulse check lying and standing before you start. Take the first tablet at home, when you will not drive, because most fainting in the trials came within the first 3 hours after a dose, after the first dose or during clinic procedures. Swallow it whole with a full glass of water 1 to 3 hours before sex, no more than once in 24 hours, without alcohol or recreational drugs, and avoid grapefruit juice for 24 hours before.
Is 30 mg the right strength to start with?
Yes. The Priligy product information says the recommended starting dose for all patients is 30 mg and that treatment should not be initiated with the 60 mg dose. 30 mg is also the maximum for men taking moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors such as erythromycin, clarithromycin, fluconazole, verapamil or diltiazem, and then the label advises caution.
When can I move up to 60 mg?
Only if your doctor decides to. The label allows 60 mg if the response to 30 mg was not enough and you had no moderate or severe side effects and no warning signs of fainting on 30 mg. If you had a drop in blood pressure on standing on 30 mg, the dose should not be increased. Do not take two 30 mg tablets together. Your doctor should review treatment after the first four weeks or at least six doses.
How long does Dapoforce 30mg last?
Dapoxetine reaches peak levels 1 to 2 hours after a dose, which is why it is taken 1 to 3 hours before sex. Its levels then fall quickly, with an initial half-life of about 1.5 hours and less than 5% of the peak left by 24 hours. Do not take a second tablet within 24 hours.
Is Dapoforce 90mg stronger and better?
Dapoforce 90mg is above the labelled maximum. We would not recommend Dapoforce 90; the label sets 60 mg as the maximum. Side effects and fainting were more frequent at 60 mg than at 30 mg, and the label says fainting appears dose dependent.
What are the side effects of Dapoforce 30mg?
In the phase 3 trials, 30 mg caused nausea in 11.0% of men, dizziness in 5.8%, headache in 5.6%, diarrhoea in 3.5%, insomnia in 2.1% and fatigue in 2.0%. Most of these were about twice as common at 60 mg. Fainting happened in 0.06% of men on 30 mg, mostly within the first 3 hours after a dose, after the first dose or during clinic procedures, and sometimes without warning.
Who should not take Dapoforce 30mg?
Never take it with heart failure, heart conduction problems, significant heart disease or a history of fainting; with a history of mania or severe depression; with antidepressants, MAOIs, thioridazine or other serotonin-acting medicines (or within 14 days of stopping one); with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors; with moderate or severe liver impairment; or if allergic to dapoxetine. The label also says it should not be used with erectile dysfunction tablets (PDE5 inhibitors), with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or current depression, or under 18, and is not recommended in severe kidney impairment.
Do I need a prescription, and how long does delivery take?
Dapoxetine is prescription-only in the UK and Australia, where it is licensed as Priligy, and is not approved by the FDA or Health Canada. In the US, the FDA says personal importation of unapproved medicines is illegal in most circumstances. We ship to the US, UK, Australia and Canada in plain packaging with tracking; delivery takes 7 to 14 business days, and shipping is $25 under $149 and free from $149.
