What it is used for

According to the US FDA label for Diflucan (DailyMed), fluconazole is used for vaginal yeast infection, yeast infections of the mouth, throat and esophagus, Candida urinary tract infection, peritonitis and serious body wide Candida infections, cryptococcal meningitis, and prevention of yeast infections in some bone marrow transplant patients.
