About Natrise 30mg
What is Natrise 30mg?
Natrise 30mg is an Indian brand of tolvaptan, a vasopressin V2 receptor antagonist. Each tablet contains tolvaptan 30 mg. It is made in India by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
What it is used for
According to the US FDA label for Samsca (DailyMed), tolvaptan is used for clinically significant low blood sodium (hypervolemic or euvolemic hyponatremia with sodium below 125 mEq/L, or milder hyponatremia that causes symptoms and has not responded to fluid restriction), including in people with heart failure and SIADH. The US label carries a boxed warning that tolvaptan must be started and restarted only in hospital with close monitoring of blood sodium, because correcting sodium too fast can cause serious nerve damage (osmotic demyelination), and that it must not be used for autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) outside a special programme because of the risk of liver injury. Your doctor decides whether it suits you.
Packs and price
Natrise 30mg comes in packs of 28, 56 and 84 tablets. The lowest price works out at about $8.33 per tablet on the 84 tablet pack, as of October 2026; the pack selector shows the current price. Shipping is $25 on orders under $149 and free from $149.
Prescription status
Tolvaptan is a prescription medicine in the US, UK and Australia. Natrise 30mg itself is an India made pack and is not approved by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada. The FDA says that importing unapproved medicines for personal use is illegal in most circumstances, so check the rules where you live.
Before you order
Read the patient leaflet that comes with the pack. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about any other medicines you take and any health conditions you have. Get urgent medical help if you notice signs of an allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, trouble breathing, or a widespread rash.
Delivery
Orders usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days in plain packaging, with a tracking number.
