About Super Zudena
Super Zudena is a combination tablet made in India by Sunrise Remedies Pvt Ltd (Santej, Gandhinagar, Gujarat). Each tablet contains udenafil 100 mg for erectile dysfunction and dapoxetine 60 mg for premature ejaculation; the "160mg" shown as the strength on our listing is the two doses added together. We sell it in packs of 20, 40 and 60 tablets, from $3.42 a tablet in the largest pack.
Read this before ordering. Udenafil is an erectile dysfunction medicine developed by Dong-A in South Korea, where it is sold as Zydena. It is not approved by the FDA, and we found no udenafil product on the UK or Canadian registers we searched. The European dapoxetine (Priligy) product information says dapoxetine should not be used in men taking PDE5 inhibitors, the drug class udenafil belongs to, because together they may cause a drop in blood pressure on standing, and that the safety and efficacy of the combination have not been established. Super Zudena puts both in one tablet, and it contains 60 mg of dapoxetine, while the same label says treatment should not be started with the 60 mg dose. India's regulator approved udenafil tablets on their own in 2011, but we have not found an approval for udenafil with dapoxetine in India's published lists. We would not recommend Super Zudena for any man who has not already taken dapoxetine under a doctor's care, and for most men a licensed option is the better choice (see below). Udenafil facts on this page come from the Korean Zydena label (our translation from Korean) and published studies; dapoxetine facts come from the Priligy product information. All are listed at the end.

Price per tablet
Prices below are as of October 2026. The pack selector above always shows the current price.
| Pack | Price | Per tablet | Shipping | Per tablet with shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 tablets | $80 | $4.00 | $25 | $5.25 |
| 40 tablets | $150 | $3.75 | Free | $3.75 |
| 60 tablets | $205 | $3.42 | Free | $3.42 |
The 60 pack is the lowest per tablet before shipping as well as after it. The dapoxetine label says it is taken only when sex is planned, never more than once in 24 hours, and asks a doctor to review whether it is worth continuing after the first four weeks or at least six doses, so even the 20 pack is more than a first trial needs. Think about how many you will use before the expiry date on the strips.
Compared with licensed alternatives
Super Zudena has no US, UK, Australian or Canadian equivalent. No udenafil product is approved by the FDA, and dapoxetine is not approved by the FDA or Health Canada. These are the nearest comparisons:
| Super Zudena | US generic sildenafil 100 mg | US generic tadalafil 20 mg | Priligy (dapoxetine) | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maker | Sunrise Remedies (India) | Several FDA-approved makers | Several FDA-approved makers | The original licensed dapoxetine brand |
| FDA approved | No | Yes | Yes | No (licensed in the UK and Australia) |
| Contains | Udenafil 100 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg | Sildenafil 100 mg | Tadalafil 20 mg | Dapoxetine 30 mg or 60 mg |
| Cost per tablet | $3.42 to $4.00 from us, before shipping | About $0.14 paid by US pharmacies | About $0.14 to $0.19 paid by US pharmacies | No US price |
The generic figures are what US pharmacies paid per tablet according to the Medicaid NADAC survey (rates effective 21 October 2026); the price at the counter is higher and depends on the pharmacy and your insurance. There is no NADAC figure for udenafil because no udenafil product is sold in the US. Put plainly: if you are in the US and your main problem is erections, an FDA-approved generic sildenafil or tadalafil with your prescription costs far less per tablet than Super Zudena, and both have US labels behind them. We have found no study comparing Super Zudena with Zydena or Priligy, so we cannot say it releases the same amount of either drug into the blood.
Do you have both conditions?
The Priligy product information limits dapoxetine to men with diagnosed premature ejaculation who meet all of these: ejaculation less than two minutes after penetration; persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal stimulation, before, on or shortly after penetration and before the man wishes; marked distress or relationship difficulty because of it; poor control over ejaculation; and premature ejaculation in most attempts over the last six months. It says dapoxetine should not be prescribed simply to delay ejaculation in men without that diagnosis, and that other forms of sexual dysfunction, including erectile dysfunction, should be carefully investigated first. Some men with weak erections rush to finish before the erection fades; that looks like premature ejaculation but is an erection problem, and an erection tablet on its own may be all that is needed. Dapoxetine is not a treatment for erection problems, and erectile dysfunction is listed among its own common side effects.
What the labels say about this combination
- The European Priligy product information says dapoxetine should not be used in men with erectile dysfunction who are using PDE5 inhibitors, because of possible reduced orthostatic tolerance (a drop in blood pressure on standing). Udenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor.
- It says the efficacy and safety of dapoxetine with a PDE5 inhibitor have not been established.
- Its interaction study tested dapoxetine 60 mg with tadalafil 20 mg and with sildenafil 100 mg. It gives no data for udenafil.
- The Korean Zydena label describes a study in healthy adults in which dapoxetine 60 mg and udenafil 200 mg were taken together: neither changed the total exposure (AUC) of the other, and peak levels fell by about 14% for udenafil and 16% for dapoxetine (our translation). The published report of that study (23 healthy men) says the pair was generally well tolerated. In that report dapoxetine exposure was about 12% higher with udenafil, which the authors did not consider clinically significant. It measured blood levels after single doses; it was not a trial of benefit, of blood pressure on standing, or of men with both conditions.
- Udenafil lowers blood pressure as a vasodilator. In a study of 28 healthy men described in the Korean label, udenafil 200 mg with tamsulosin lowered standing systolic blood pressure by up to 4 mmHg on average, and 4 men briefly fell below 85 mmHg without symptoms (our translation). The Priligy label says most cases of dapoxetine fainting occurred during the first 3 hours after dosing, after the first dose, or with study procedures in the clinic, and that warning symptoms generally appeared within the first 3 hours; that window overlaps the time udenafil levels peak.
What the evidence says
We have found no published trial of a udenafil and dapoxetine tablet, and no trial of Super Zudena itself. The evidence for each half is this:
- Udenafil alone. In a 12 week Korean phase 3 trial of 167 men with erectile dysfunction of mixed causes, on-demand udenafil improved the erectile function score (IIEF-EF) by 7.52 points at 100 mg and 9.93 points at 200 mg, against 0.20 on placebo; 81.5% and 88.5% said treatment had improved their erections, against 25.9% on placebo. A Turkish trial of 118 men found 100 mg on demand better than placebo over 8 weeks. Most trials were run in Korea, and published reviews call for more studies in other populations.
- Dapoxetine with a PDE5 inhibitor. One trial offers some reassurance. In 495 men with both conditions who were already stable on a PDE5 inhibitor (sildenafil, vardenafil or tadalafil), adding dapoxetine at a flexible 30 or 60 mg dose for 12 weeks raised the average (arithmetic mean) time to ejaculation to 5.2 minutes against 3.4 minutes on placebo, with treatment-emergent adverse events in 29.6% against 20.0%. It used separate tablets, in men whose erections were already working, and did not include udenafil.
- The current Priligy product information (revised in 2021) postdates that trial and still says the combination's safety and efficacy have not been established.
Why the dapoxetine half is a problem
| Drug | Label starting dose | Label upper dose | In Super Zudena |
|---|---|---|---|
| Udenafil (Korean label, on demand) | 100 mg, 30 minutes to 12 hours before sex | 200 mg, considered carefully only after checking side effects on 100 mg; once a day at most | 100 mg |
| Dapoxetine (Priligy) | 30 mg for every patient | 60 mg, once in 24 hours | 60 mg |
The udenafil half matches the usual Korean dose. The dapoxetine half does not. The Priligy product information says "the recommended starting dose for all patients is 30 mg" and that treatment "should not be initiated with the 60 mg dose". It allows 60 mg only if the response to 30 mg was not enough and there were no moderate or severe side effects and no warning signs of fainting, and it says the incidence and severity of side effects are higher with 60 mg. In its 24 week placebo-controlled trial, which excluded men with erectile dysfunction, the median average time to ejaculation was 1.05 minutes on placebo, 1.72 minutes on 30 mg and 1.91 minutes on 60 mg. Moving to 60 mg is a decision for your doctor, not one to make yourself.
We do not sell a udenafil tablet with 30 mg of dapoxetine. For a man with both conditions who has not taken dapoxetine before, the Priligy label's starting dose is 30 mg. On our site that means dapoxetine alone (Dapoforce 30mg), taken only as a doctor directs, or a 30 mg combination with a different PDE5 inhibitor such as Dejac-T (tadalafil 10 mg with dapoxetine 30 mg) or Suhagra Force 50 (sildenafil 50 mg with dapoxetine 30 mg). Those two combinations have been approved in India, but the 30 mg dose does not make them consistent with the Priligy label, which says dapoxetine should not be used with PDE5 inhibitors. Our dapoxetine dosage guide has the details.
Which strength to choose
| Product | Contains | Where it sits on the labels |
|---|---|---|
| Zudena 100mg | Udenafil 100 mg (no dapoxetine) | Usual udenafil dose in the Korean label |
| Super Zudena (this page) | Udenafil 100 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg | Usual udenafil dose; dapoxetine maximum, not a dapoxetine starting dose |
| Dapoforce 30mg | Dapoxetine 30 mg | Dapoxetine starting dose |
Super Zudena is the only udenafil and dapoxetine product we list. Do not split a tablet to lower the dose. The Priligy label says its tablets should be swallowed whole, and there is no evidence that a split combination tablet gives an accurate dose of either drug.
If you and your doctor decide on Super Zudena
- Only consider it if a doctor who knows your full medical history and medicines agrees, knowing that the dapoxetine label says dapoxetine should not be used with PDE5 inhibitors and that udenafil is not licensed where you live.
- The dapoxetine part should only be 60 mg if your doctor has already moved you from 30 mg to 60 mg under the label's conditions, and you had no fainting, warning signs of fainting or drop in blood pressure on standing.
- Your doctor should check your blood pressure and pulse lying and standing before you start (the Priligy label asks for this test before treatment), and check your heart health, because sexual activity carries a cardiac risk (Korean label warning).
- If side effects are troublesome, stop and speak to your doctor.
How to take Super Zudena
- Swallow one tablet whole with at least one full glass of water about 1 to 3 hours before sex, with or without food. The dapoxetine label sets a window of 1 to 3 hours; the Korean udenafil label says 30 minutes to 12 hours. In a study of healthy men, udenafil reached peak levels about 0.8 to 1.3 hours after a dose; a meal delayed the peak (to about 2 to 2.6 hours) without lowering total absorption.
- Do not drink alcohol. The Priligy product information says men should not use dapoxetine with alcohol, because it may increase alcohol-related neurocognitive effects and may make fainting more likely; the label lists dizziness, drowsiness, slow reflexes and altered judgement. The Korean udenafil label adds that udenafil and alcohol both widen blood vessels and that large amounts of alcohol may bring on a fast heartbeat, low blood pressure, dizziness and headache (our translation).
- Do not take it with recreational drugs. Ecstasy (MDMA), ketamine or LSD can cause serious reactions with dapoxetine, including heart rhythm problems, overheating and serotonin syndrome, and opioids or benzodiazepines add to drowsiness and dizziness. Never use amyl or butyl nitrite "poppers" with udenafil.
- Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice for 24 hours before a dose. The dapoxetine label says to avoid it, and the Korean udenafil label lists grapefruit juice among CYP3A4 inhibitors expected to raise udenafil levels.
- Take no more than one tablet in 24 hours, and never with any other erectile dysfunction treatment (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil or another udenafil product) or another dapoxetine product. The Korean label lists men taking another erectile dysfunction medicine among those who must not take udenafil. Dapoxetine is meant to be taken only when sex is planned, not every day.
- Drink enough fluids, and do not stand up quickly after lying or sitting for a long time.
- Remember that udenafil needs sexual stimulation to work. In one trial of 104 men, 100 mg taken 12 hours before sex raised the rate of keeping an erection to the end of intercourse (54.7% against 28.3% on placebo), though not the rate of successful penetration; the dapoxetine half is timed for the 1 to 3 hours after a dose.
Groups for whom we consider Super Zudena unsuitable, or who need a doctor's caution (our assessment from the labels)
- Moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors such as erythromycin, clarithromycin, fluconazole, verapamil and diltiazem: the dapoxetine label restricts the dose to 30 mg, so Super Zudena is not suitable. The Korean udenafil label also asks for caution, with initial dose adjustment, for erythromycin, ketoconazole and itraconazole.
- Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole and ritonavir: these are contraindicated with dapoxetine (see below). In a study of 12 healthy men, ketoconazole raised udenafil peak levels about 1.9 times and total exposure about 3.2 times.
- Alpha blockers (for example tamsulosin, doxazosin or alfuzosin): the Korean udenafil label says to combine them only when the man is stable on one, starting each at its lowest recommended dose (our translation). The dapoxetine label also asks for caution because of a possible drop in blood pressure on standing.
- Blood pressure medicines: the Korean label says the chance of a further fall in blood pressure needs attention when blood pressure medicines are taken, although its 12 week trial in men on stable blood pressure treatment found no clinically significant fall (our translation). Dapoxetine adds a risk of fainting.
- Kidney impairment: the Korean label says udenafil is not recommended in moderate or severe kidney impairment, where exposure was about 1.6 times higher. Dapoxetine is not recommended in severe kidney impairment, and the dapoxetine label asks for caution in mild or moderate impairment.
- Liver impairment: dapoxetine must not be taken with moderate or severe liver impairment (Child-Pugh B or C). The Korean label contraindicates udenafil in severe liver failure, asks for caution when liver enzymes are 3 times the upper limit or more, and says no data exist above 100 mg in liver impairment.
- Age 65 and over: the Korean label needs no udenafil dose change for older men. The dapoxetine label says its efficacy and safety have not been established at 65 and over, and it is indicated only up to age 64.
- CYP2D6 poor metabolisers, or men taking a potent CYP2D6 inhibitor: the dapoxetine label advises caution before increasing to 60 mg, because levels can be much higher.
Side effects
Each drug brings its own side effects, and headache and dizziness are common to both. The Korean label gives udenafil side effects from trials in 923 men taking 100 mg or 200 mg on demand only as frequency bands, without placebo figures; the dapoxetine rates come from its phase 3 trials. No trial has reported side effect rates for Super Zudena itself.
| Drug and dose | Selected side effects |
|---|---|
| Udenafil 100 or 200 mg (Korean label, 923 men) | 10% or more: flushing. 1% to under 10%: headache, red eyes, blocked nose, indigestion. 0.1% to under 1%: includes dizziness, blurred vision, eye pain, changes in colour vision, chest pain, nausea, hives and itching |
| Dapoxetine 60 mg | Nausea 22.2%, dizziness 10.9%, headache 8.8%, diarrhoea 6.9%, fatigue 4.1%, insomnia 3.9% |
| Dapoxetine 30 mg, for comparison | Nausea 11.0%, dizziness 5.8%, headache 5.6%, diarrhoea 3.5%, fatigue 2.0%, insomnia 2.1% |
The Korean label says that when men took up to 200 mg of udenafil once a day, the kinds and frequency of side effects rose significantly compared with 100 mg, and that dizziness and blurred vision were reported, so care is needed when driving or using machines (our translation). Loss of vision from NAION (a sudden loss of blood flow to the optic nerve) was not reported in udenafil trials but has been reported rarely with other drugs of the same class, and a case linked to udenafil has been published. Our dapoxetine side effects guide covers the dapoxetine data in full.
Fainting and heart rhythm
Dapoxetine can cause fainting, sometimes with a very slow heartbeat or a pause in the heartbeat. In the placebo-controlled phase 3 trials it happened in 0.06% of men on 30 mg and 0.23% on 60 mg. The label says most cases occurred during the first 3 hours after dosing, after the first dose, or with study procedures in the clinic such as blood draws and standing blood pressure checks, and that fainting appears dose dependent. Nausea, dizziness, light-headedness or sweating often came first, but fainting can happen with or without these warning signs. If you notice them, lie down with your head lower than your body, or sit with your head between your knees, until they pass, and do not drive.
The Korean udenafil label lists men with congenital long QT syndrome, or who take medicines that prolong the QT interval, among those who must not take udenafil.
When to get urgent help
- Fainting, chest pain, palpitations, or severe dizziness during or after sex. If chest pain starts during sex, stop and get medical help right away.
- An erection lasting more than 4 hours, whether painful or not. The Korean label says to get a doctor's help at once; without prompt treatment it can permanently damage the penis and cause lasting erectile dysfunction.
- Sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes. The Korean label says to stop the medicine and get medical attention.
- Sudden loss or reduction of hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears or dizziness. The Korean label says to stop the medicine and get medical attention at once.
- Agitation, confusion, fever, sweating or muscle twitching after taking it with another serotonin-acting medicine or a recreational drug (possible serotonin syndrome).
- A seizure. Stop taking it.
- Low mood, thoughts of harming yourself, or unusually high mood and overactivity. Stop taking it and speak to a doctor.
- Swelling of the lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or a rash, hives or blistering skin.
- If you take more than one tablet in 24 hours, get medical advice straight away.
Tell emergency staff that you took udenafil and dapoxetine, how much and when, so that they do not give you nitrates.
Who should not take Super Zudena
Never take it if any of these apply:
- You use nitrates or nitric oxide donors, regularly or occasionally, including nitroglycerin sprays, tablets or patches and amyl nitrite "poppers" (Korean label).
- You take a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat (Korean label).
- You are allergic to udenafil, dapoxetine or any ingredient of the tablet (Korean label and Priligy label).
- Your doctor has advised against sexual activity because of heart disease, such as unstable angina or severe heart failure; you have had a stroke, heart attack or coronary bypass surgery in the last 6 months; your blood pressure is below 90/50 mmHg, or above 170/100 mmHg and not controlled; or you have an uncontrolled heart rhythm problem (Korean label).
- You have heart failure (NYHA class II to IV), heart conduction problems such as AV block or sick sinus syndrome, significant ischaemic heart disease or significant heart valve disease, or a history of fainting (Priligy label).
- You have congenital long QT syndrome or take a medicine that prolongs the QT interval (Korean label).
- You have a known inherited retinal disorder such as retinitis pigmentosa (Korean label).
- You have severe liver failure or kidney failure (Korean label), or moderate or severe liver impairment (Priligy label).
- You have had mania or severe depression (Priligy label).
- You take antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics, MAOIs), thioridazine, or other serotonin-acting medicines or herbal products such as triptans, tramadol, linezolid, lithium, L-tryptophan or St John's wort, or stopped one within the last 14 days. Do not start one of these within 7 days of your last dose (Priligy label).
- You take a potent CYP3A4 inhibitor such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin, nefazodone, nelfinavir or atazanavir (Priligy label). The Korean label also contraindicates udenafil with indinavir or ritonavir.
- You take another erectile dysfunction medicine (Korean label).
- You are 18 or under (Korean label; the Priligy label covers men aged 18 to 64 only).
- You have galactose intolerance, Lapp or total lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption (Korean label and Priligy label); the Korean Zydena tablets and Priligy tablets both contain lactose. We do not have the full ingredient list for Super Zudena, so check the pack.
The Priligy label also says dapoxetine should not be used, or should be avoided, in these situations:
- With a PDE5 inhibitor, which is what udenafil is.
- After a documented or suspected drop in blood pressure on standing; treatment should be avoided.
- With a history of mania, hypomania or bipolar disorder, with schizophrenia, or with current depression. Do not stop an antidepressant in order to take dapoxetine, and stop and see a doctor if low mood develops.
- Under 18 years of age.
- With epilepsy that is not well controlled; stop after any seizure.
The Korean udenafil label asks for caution if you have a deformed penis (angulation or Peyronie's disease), a condition that raises the risk of prolonged erections (sickle cell anaemia, multiple myeloma, leukaemia), proliferative diabetic retinopathy, a bleeding disorder or an active stomach ulcer, or take an alpha blocker. It says men with narrowing of the heart's outflow, such as aortic stenosis, may be sensitive to medicines that widen blood vessels, and that safety in uncontrolled diabetes has not been studied (our translation). The Priligy label asks for caution with controlled epilepsy, raised eye pressure or a risk of angle-closure glaucoma, bleeding disorders, and with warfarin or other blood thinners, antiplatelet medicines, aspirin or anti-inflammatory painkillers, or medicines for epilepsy, psychosis, anxiety or sleep. Talk to a doctor first if any of these apply. It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
Prescription and legal status
Udenafil is a prescription medicine in South Korea, where Dong-A's Zydena 100 mg and 200 mg tablets were licensed in November 2005; Ukraine's register lists Zydena 100 mg and 200 mg as prescription-only (registration dated 21 April 2021), and Russia registered it in 2008 (a Russian drug reference now lists that registration as expired). In India, the Drugs Controller General approved udenafil tablets 100 mg and 200 mg for erectile dysfunction on 15 September 2011. We did not find udenafil with dapoxetine in the published lists of approved fixed dose combinations or new drugs that we checked, which run from 1961 to March 2025 for fixed dose combinations and 2004 to February 2026 for new drugs, with some gaps, so we cannot confirm that this combination is approved in India. By contrast, sildenafil with dapoxetine (10 February 2020) and tadalafil with dapoxetine (23 July 2019) are on those lists.
Udenafil is not approved by the FDA, and we found no udenafil product in the Health Canada Drug Product Database or on the UK emc; we could not search the Australian register directly. Dapoxetine is prescription-only in the UK and Australia, where it is licensed as Priligy; the FDA and Health Canada have not approved it. Super Zudena is not licensed in the US, UK, Australia or Canada. In the US, the FDA says personal importation of unapproved medicines is illegal in most circumstances. See a doctor before using it and check the rules where you live.
Buying genuine Super Zudena
The MHRA warns that "any medicine not authorised for sale in the UK can be unsafe or ineffective and there is no way of knowing what is in them or the negative health effects they can have", and that erectile dysfunction pills bought online may contain no active ingredient, the wrong dose, hidden drugs or toxic ingredients. That warning covers Super Zudena, which is not authorised in the UK, and the MHRA advises UK buyers to use only UK-registered pharmacies. Check that each strip names Sunrise Remedies and shows both strengths (udenafil 100 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg), a batch number and an expiry date, and reject strips that are damaged, unsealed or unmarked. Retailer listings show strips of 5 tablets. These checks cannot prove a product is genuine, because counterfeiters copy packaging. If a batch causes unusual symptoms, stop using it, seek medical advice, and report it to your medicines regulator (the MHRA Yellow Card scheme in the UK, FDA MedWatch in the US, the TGA in Australia or Health Canada) as well as to us.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Super Zudena?
Super Zudena is a combination tablet made in India by Sunrise Remedies Pvt Ltd. Each tablet contains udenafil 100 mg, a PDE5 inhibitor for erectile dysfunction, and dapoxetine 60 mg for premature ejaculation; the "160mg" on our listing is the two doses added together. It is not approved by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada, and we have not found an approval for the combination in India. We would not recommend it for any man who has not already taken dapoxetine under a doctor's care.
Is it the same as taking Zydena and Priligy together?
No study has compared Super Zudena with Zydena (Dong-A's Korean udenafil tablet) or Priligy, so we cannot say it releases the same amount of either drug into the blood. Taking them together is also not something the dapoxetine label supports: the Priligy product information says dapoxetine should not be used with PDE5 inhibitors such as udenafil, because of a possible drop in blood pressure on standing, and that the safety and efficacy of the combination have not been established.
How much does Super Zudena cost per tablet?
As of October 2026, $4.00 a tablet in the 20 pack ($5.25 with the $25 shipping), $3.75 in the 40 pack and $3.42 in the 60 pack, both with free shipping. The pack selector shows the current price. If your main problem is erections, US pharmacies paid about $0.14 a tablet for generic sildenafil 100 mg and about $0.14 to $0.19 for generic tadalafil 20 mg (NADAC, 21 October 2026), so FDA-approved generics cost far less.
How do I take Super Zudena?
Swallow one tablet whole with a full glass of water about 1 to 3 hours before sex, with or without food. Take no more than one tablet in 24 hours, do not drink alcohol, avoid grapefruit juice for 24 hours before a dose, and never take it with nitrates, poppers, riociguat or any other erectile dysfunction or dapoxetine product. Stand up slowly after lying or sitting, and drink enough fluids.
Is 60 mg of dapoxetine the right starting dose?
No. The Priligy product information says "the recommended starting dose for all patients is 30 mg" and that treatment "should not be initiated with the 60 mg dose". It allows 60 mg only if 30 mg was not enough and there were no moderate or severe side effects and no warning signs of fainting. Moving to 60 mg is a decision for your doctor, not one to make yourself. On our site, dapoxetine 30 mg is Dapoforce 30mg.
How long does Super Zudena last?
The two halves behave differently. In a study of healthy men, udenafil peaked about 0.8 to 1.3 hours after a dose with a half-life of about 7 to 12 hours, and one trial found 100 mg still helped men keep an erection 12 hours after the dose. Dapoxetine is timed for the 1 to 3 hours after a dose: its blood levels fall quickly at first (half-life about 1.5 hours). No study has measured how long Super Zudena itself works.
Is there a stronger Super Zudena?
We list only one udenafil and dapoxetine product, Super Zudena (udenafil 100 mg with dapoxetine 60 mg). The Korean udenafil label starts at 100 mg and says a rise to 200 mg should be considered carefully only after checking side effects on 100 mg; it also says side effects rose significantly when men took up to 200 mg once a day. The dapoxetine half is already at its labelled maximum. Never take more than one tablet in 24 hours.
What are the side effects of Super Zudena?
The Korean label lists flushing as the most common udenafil side effect (10% or more), then headache, red eyes, blocked nose and indigestion (1% to under 10%). At 60 mg, dapoxetine caused nausea in 22.2% of men, dizziness in 10.9% and headache in 8.8% in its trials, and it can cause fainting. Get urgent help for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden loss of vision or hearing, chest pain or fainting.
Who should not take Super Zudena?
Never take it if you use nitrates or riociguat; have serious heart disease, a recent stroke or heart attack, very low or uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart failure, heart conduction problems or a history of fainting; have long QT syndrome or take QT-prolonging medicines; have moderate or severe liver impairment or kidney failure; take antidepressants or other serotonin-acting medicines, or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors; take another erectile dysfunction medicine; or have had mania or severe depression. Do not take it if you are 18 or under. In our view it is not suitable with moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors (the dapoxetine label caps the dose at 30 mg), and with alpha blockers both labels ask for caution, so speak to a doctor first.
Do I need a prescription for Super Zudena?
Udenafil is a prescription medicine in South Korea, where it is licensed as Zydena, and in India, where udenafil tablets were approved in 2011. It is not approved by the FDA, and we found no udenafil product registered in the UK or Canada. Dapoxetine is prescription-only in the UK and Australia (Priligy) and not approved in the US or Canada. Super Zudena is not licensed in any of these countries, and the FDA says personal importation of unapproved medicines is illegal in most circumstances. See a doctor first.
How is Super Zudena delivered?
We ship to the US, UK, Australia and Canada in plain packaging with tracking. Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days. Shipping is a flat $25 on orders under $149 and free from $149, so the 40 and 60 packs ship free.
