About Tucaliv 150mg
What is Tucaliv 150mg?
Tucaliv 150mg is an Indian brand of tucatinib, a kinase inhibitor cancer medicine. Each tablet contains tucatinib 150 mg. It is made in India by Hetero Drugs Ltd.
What it is used for
According to the US FDA label for Tukysa (DailyMed), tucatinib is used for HER2 positive breast cancer in adults that is advanced, cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, either with trastuzumab and pertuzumab as maintenance after first treatment, or with trastuzumab and capecitabine after one or more earlier anti HER2 treatments for spread disease, including people with brain metastases; and, with trastuzumab, RAS wild type HER2 positive colorectal cancer that cannot be removed or has spread after fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin and irinotecan chemotherapy (an accelerated approval). The US label carries a boxed warning for severe and sometimes fatal liver damage, so liver tests are needed before and during treatment. Your doctor decides whether it suits you.
Packs and price
Tucaliv 150mg comes in packs of 60, 120 and 180 tablets. The lowest price works out at about $6.85 per tablet on the 180 tablet pack, as of October 2026; the pack selector shows the current price. Shipping is $25 on orders under $149 and free from $149.
Prescription status
Tucatinib is a prescription medicine in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. Tucaliv 150mg itself is an India made pack and is not approved by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada. The FDA says that importing unapproved medicines for personal use is illegal in most circumstances, so check the rules where you live.
