What is Dasanat 20mg?

Dasanat 20mg is an Indian brand of dasatinib, a kinase inhibitor cancer medicine. Each tablet contains dasatinib 20 mg. It is made in India by Natco Pharma Ltd.

What it is used for

According to the US FDA label for Sprycel (DailyMed), dasatinib is used for Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic myeloid leukemia (newly diagnosed chronic phase, or any phase after imatinib or other treatment failed or was not tolerated) and Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia in adults when earlier treatment failed or was not tolerated, plus chronic phase CML and newly diagnosed Ph+ ALL (with chemotherapy) in children 1 year and older.
