What is Ezentia 10mg?

Ezentia 10mg is an Indian brand of ezetimibe, a cholesterol absorption inhibitor. Each tablet contains ezetimibe 10 mg. It is made in India by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.

What it is used for

According to the US FDA label for Zetia (DailyMed), ezetimibe is used for lowering raised LDL cholesterol together with diet, with a statin or alone when other LDL lowering treatment is not possible, in adults with high cholesterol (including inherited forms), in children 10 years and older with inherited high cholesterol together with a statin, with fenofibrate in adults with mixed high cholesterol, and lowering raised plant sterol levels in sitosterolemia. Your doctor decides whether it suits you.
