Snovitra Super Power

Snovitra Super Power is a combination tablet containing 40 mg of vardenafil and 60 mg of dapoxetine, manufactured by RSM Enterprises. The product targets men dealing with both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, which co-occur more often than either alone. Standalone PDE5 inhibitors treat the erection. Standalone dapoxetine treats the ejaculation timing. Snovitra Super Power treats both with a single tablet.

Vardenafil is a selective PDE5 inhibitor approved for erectile dysfunction. It produces erectile response in roughly 75 to 80 percent of men in pivotal trials, with onset around 25 to 60 minutes and a duration of 4 to 5 hours (PMID 12780915). Dapoxetine is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) developed specifically for on-demand treatment of premature ejaculation. In randomized trials, dapoxetine 60 mg taken 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity roughly tripled intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) versus placebo (PMID 16952493).

How the combination works

The vardenafil component improves blood flow to penile tissue by inhibiting PDE5, which prevents premature breakdown of cyclic GMP and supports an erection during sexual stimulation. The dapoxetine component temporarily raises serotonin levels at the synapse, which extends ejaculatory latency. The two drugs act through completely different pathways, so the combined effect is additive rather than overlapping.

Who this is for

Snovitra Super Power is intended for men with co-existing ED and PE who have confirmed both conditions with a clinician. Men with PE alone do not need the vardenafil component. Men with ED alone are better served by a standalone PDE5 inhibitor such as Cenforce 100 mg or Vidalista 20 mg. Going straight to a combination tablet when only one issue is present means doubling side effect exposure without doubling benefit.

Side effects

The most common adverse effects reflect both components. From vardenafil: headache (10 to 15 percent), flushing (8 to 11 percent), nasal congestion (5 to 9 percent), dyspepsia (4 to 7 percent). From dapoxetine: nausea (11 to 22 percent at 60 mg), dizziness (5 to 11 percent), headache (5 to 9 percent), and rarely orthostatic intolerance or fainting. The nausea is dose-related and can be partly managed by taking the tablet with a full glass of water and not on an empty stomach.

Contraindications

Like all PDE5 inhibitors, Snovitra Super Power must not be combined with nitrates in any form. The dapoxetine component adds further contraindications: it should not be combined with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), other SSRIs, SNRIs, lithium, tramadol, or St John's wort due to serotonin syndrome risk. Men with significant cardiac disease, history of mania or severe depression, or severe hepatic impairment should not use it.

How to use

Take one tablet 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Do not exceed one tablet in 24 hours. Sexual stimulation is required for the vardenafil component to produce an erection. Avoid alcohol, particularly with the dapoxetine component, as the combination raises orthostatic and dizziness risk significantly.
