Snovitra Super Power

Snovitra Super Power is a combination tablet from India sold under the Snovitra brand of RSM Enterprises, Chandigarh. Each tablet contains vardenafil 20 mg for erectile dysfunction and dapoxetine 60 mg for premature ejaculation; the "80mg" shown as the strength on our listing is the two doses added together. We sell it in packs of 60, 90 and 120 tablets, from $1.33 a tablet in the largest pack.

Read this before ordering. The European dapoxetine (Priligy) product information says dapoxetine should not be used in men taking PDE5 inhibitors such as vardenafil, because together they may cause a drop in blood pressure on standing, and that the safety and efficacy of the combination have not been established. Snovitra Super Power puts both in one tablet. It also contains 60 mg of dapoxetine, and the same label says treatment should not be started with the 60 mg dose: starting dapoxetine on this tablet goes against the label. No vardenafil and dapoxetine product is approved by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada, and we have not found an approval for this combination in India's published lists of approved fixed dose combinations. We would not recommend it for any man who has not already taken dapoxetine under a doctor's care. This page sets out why, who should not take it, how it is taken and the price per tablet. The 120 pack is the lowest per tablet before shipping as well as after it; it is also the only pack that reaches the $149 free shipping threshold on its own. Even the smallest pack is 60 tablets. The dapoxetine label says it is taken only when sex is planned, never more than once in 24 hours, and asks a doctor to review whether it is worth continuing after the first four weeks or at least six doses, so think about how many you will use before the expiry date on the strips. Super Vilitra and Varda Power are listed with the same two doses at the same prices, and Super Zhewitra at $1.13 to $1.43 a tablet before shipping.

Compared with Levitra, generic vardenafil and Priligy

Snovitra Super Power has no direct US equivalent, because the FDA has not approved dapoxetine or any vardenafil and dapoxetine combination. The vardenafil half can be compared.

The generic figure is what US pharmacies paid per tablet according to the Medicaid NADAC survey (rate effective 21 October 2026); the price at the counter is higher and depends on the pharmacy and your insurance. Levitra, the original vardenafil brand, is discontinued in the US; an FDA notice in the Federal Register (May 2023) says it was not withdrawn from sale for reasons of safety or effectiveness. Levitra was approved on clinical trial evidence, and US generics had to prove bioequivalence to it. We have found no study comparing Snovitra Super Power with Levitra or Priligy, so we cannot say it releases the same amount of either drug into the blood. If you are in the US and your main problem is erections, compare cash prices for FDA-approved generic vardenafil with your prescription.

Do you have both conditions?

The Priligy product information limits dapoxetine to men with diagnosed premature ejaculation who meet all of these: ejaculation less than two minutes after penetration; persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal stimulation, before, on or shortly after penetration and before the man wishes; marked distress or relationship difficulty because of it; poor control over ejaculation; and premature ejaculation in most attempts over the last six months. It says dapoxetine should not be prescribed simply to delay ejaculation in men without that diagnosis, and that other forms of sexual dysfunction, including erectile dysfunction, should be carefully investigated first. Some men with weak erections rush to finish before the erection fades; that looks like premature ejaculation but is an erection problem, and a vardenafil-only tablet such as Filitra 10 or Alvitra 20 may be all that is needed. Dapoxetine is not a treatment for erection problems, and erectile dysfunction is listed among its own common side effects.

What the dapoxetine label says about this combination

• The European Priligy product information says dapoxetine should not be used in men with erectile dysfunction who are using PDE5 inhibitors such as vardenafil, because together they may cause a drop in blood pressure on standing (orthostatic hypotension).
• It says the efficacy and safety of dapoxetine with a PDE5 inhibitor have not been established.
• Its interaction study tested dapoxetine 60 mg with tadalafil 20 mg and with sildenafil 100 mg. The label gives no interaction data for vardenafil.
• Vardenafil on its own lowers blood pressure: in a label study, a single 20 mg dose caused a mean maximum fall in lying-down blood pressure of 7 mmHg systolic and 8 mmHg diastolic compared with placebo, with the largest fall 1 to 4 hours after the dose. In one tablet, that overlaps the first 3 hours after dosing, when the Priligy label says most dapoxetine fainting occurred.

What the evidence says

We have found no published trial of a vardenafil and dapoxetine tablet, and no trial of Snovitra Super Power itself. The closest evidence is this:

• One trial offers some reassurance. In 495 men with both conditions who were already stable on a PDE5 inhibitor (sildenafil, vardenafil or tadalafil), adding dapoxetine at a flexible 30 or 60 mg dose for 12 weeks raised the average (arithmetic mean) time to ejaculation to 5.2 minutes against 3.4 minutes on placebo, with treatment-emergent adverse events in 29.6% against 20.0%. The trial used separate tablets in men whose erections were already working on their PDE5 inhibitor. The published summary does not say how many men were taking vardenafil.
• The current Priligy product information (revised in 2021 in both the Swedish and UK versions) postdates that trial and still says the combination's safety and efficacy have not been established.
• A study of an experimental vardenafil and dapoxetine orally disintegrating tablet measured blood levels in six healthy men. It was a formulation study, not a trial of benefit or safety, and it did not test Snovitra Super Power.

India's regulator approved sildenafil with dapoxetine tablets in 2020 and tadalafil with dapoxetine tablets in 2019. We have not found an equivalent approval for vardenafil with dapoxetine (see Prescription and legal status below).

Why both halves are at the maximum dose

The Priligy product information says "the recommended starting dose for all patients is 30 mg" and that treatment "should not be initiated with the 60 mg dose". It allows 60 mg only if the response to 30 mg was not enough and there were no moderate or severe side effects and no warning signs of fainting, and it says the incidence and severity of side effects are higher with 60 mg. In its 24 week placebo-controlled trial, which excluded men with erectile dysfunction, the median average time to ejaculation was 1.05 minutes on placebo, 1.72 minutes on 30 mg and 1.91 minutes on 60 mg. Moving to 60 mg is a decision for your doctor, not one to make yourself.

We do not sell a vardenafil tablet with 30 mg of dapoxetine. For a man with both conditions who has not taken dapoxetine before, the label-consistent first step on dapoxetine is 30 mg, which on our site means dapoxetine alone (Dapoforce 30mg), taken only as a doctor directs given the warning above, or a 30 mg combination with a different PDE5 inhibitor such as Dejac-T (tadalafil 10 mg with dapoxetine 30 mg) or Suhagra Force 50 (sildenafil 50 mg with dapoxetine 30 mg). Which strength to choose

Do not split a Snovitra Super Power tablet to lower the dose. The Priligy label says its tablets should be swallowed whole, and there is no evidence that a split combination tablet gives an accurate dose of either drug.

If you and your doctor decide on Snovitra Super Power

• Only consider it if a doctor who knows your full medical history and medicines agrees, knowing that the dapoxetine label says dapoxetine should not be used with PDE5 inhibitors.
• The dapoxetine part should only be 60 mg if your doctor has already moved you from 30 mg to 60 mg under the label's conditions, and you had no fainting, warning signs of fainting or drop in blood pressure on standing.
• The vardenafil part should only be 20 mg if your doctor has found that 10 mg was not enough and 20 mg is right for you.
• Your doctor should check your blood pressure and pulse lying and standing before you start.
• If side effects are troublesome, stop and speak to your doctor.

How to take Snovitra Super Power

1. Swallow one tablet whole with at least one full glass of water about 1 hour before sex, with or without food. The vardenafil label advises taking it about 60 minutes before sex, and the dapoxetine label sets a window of 1 to 3 hours. On an empty stomach, vardenafil peak levels usually arrive 30 minutes to 2 hours after a dose (median 60 minutes); a high-fat meal lowered the peak by 18% to 50%.
2. Do not drink alcohol. The Priligy product information says men should not use dapoxetine with alcohol, because it may increase alcohol-related neurocognitive effects and may make fainting more likely; the label lists dizziness, drowsiness, slow reflexes and altered judgement. (In a label study, vardenafil 20 mg did not add to the blood pressure lowering effect of alcohol; the alcohol warning comes from the dapoxetine half.)
3. Do not take it with recreational drugs. Ecstasy (MDMA), ketamine or LSD can cause serious reactions with dapoxetine, including heart rhythm problems, overheating and serotonin syndrome, and opioids or benzodiazepines add to drowsiness and dizziness. Never use amyl or butyl nitrite "poppers" with vardenafil.
4. Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice for 24 hours before a dose. The dapoxetine label says to avoid it, and the vardenafil label says it would likely raise vardenafil levels.
5. Take no more than one tablet in 24 hours, and never with any other erectile dysfunction treatment (sildenafil, tadalafil, avanafil or another vardenafil product) or another dapoxetine product. Dapoxetine is meant to be taken only when sex is planned, not every day.
6. Drink enough fluids, and do not stand up quickly after lying or sitting for a long time.
7. Remember that vardenafil needs sexual stimulation to work.

Groups for whom Snovitra Super Power is not suitable

• Moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors such as erythromycin, fluconazole, verapamil and diltiazem: the dapoxetine label restricts the dose to 30 mg, and the vardenafil label limits vardenafil to 5 mg in 24 hours with erythromycin, so Snovitra Super Power is not suitable.
• Clarithromycin, indinavir, saquinavir, atazanavir, cobicistat, ritonavir, or ketoconazole or itraconazole: the vardenafil label limits vardenafil to 2.5 mg in 24 hours (in 72 hours with ritonavir or cobicistat), or to 5 mg in 24 hours with ketoconazole or itraconazole at 200 mg a day. For dapoxetine, the Priligy label contraindicates potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir and atazanavir (see below) and lists clarithromycin as a moderate CYP3A4 inhibitor, with dapoxetine restricted to 30 mg.
• Alpha blockers (for example tamsulosin, doxazosin or alfuzosin): the vardenafil label says be stable on the alpha blocker first, then start vardenafil at 5 mg, so Snovitra Super Power is not suitable. The dapoxetine label also asks for caution because of a possible drop in blood pressure on standing.
• Blood pressure medicines: vardenafil may add to their blood pressure lowering effect, and dapoxetine adds a risk of fainting.
• Age 65 and over: vardenafil exposure was about 52% higher (peak levels about 34% higher) than in men aged 18 to 45, and the label advises considering a 5 mg start. The dapoxetine label says its efficacy and safety have not been established at 65 and over, and it is indicated only up to age 64.
• Liver impairment: dapoxetine must not be taken with moderate or severe liver impairment (Child-Pugh B or C). With moderate impairment, the vardenafil label also sets a 5 mg start and a 10 mg maximum.
• Kidney impairment: dapoxetine is not recommended in severe kidney impairment, and the dapoxetine label asks for caution in mild or moderate impairment. Do not use vardenafil if you are on kidney dialysis.
• CYP2D6 poor metabolisers, or men taking a potent CYP2D6 inhibitor: the dapoxetine label advises caution before increasing to 60 mg, because levels can be much higher.

Side effects

Each drug brings its own side effects, and headache, dizziness and nausea are common to both. The vardenafil rates come from its placebo-controlled trials at 5 mg to 20 mg; the dapoxetine rates come from its phase 3 trials, which the product information reports without matching placebo figures. No trial has reported side effect rates for Snovitra Super Power itself.

The vardenafil trials suggested a dose effect for headache, flushing, indigestion, nausea and runny or blocked nose over 5 mg to 20 mg, and 3.4% of men on vardenafil stopped because of side effects, against 1.1% on placebo. Vardenafil can also cause temporary colour vision changes, such as difficulty telling blue from green; the label describes this as dose related. Fainting and heart rhythm

Dapoxetine can cause fainting, sometimes with a very slow heartbeat or a pause in the heartbeat. In the placebo-controlled phase 3 trials it happened in 0.06% of men on 30 mg and 0.23% on 60 mg. The label says most cases occurred during the first 3 hours after dosing, after the first dose, or with study procedures in the clinic such as blood draws and standing blood pressure checks, and that fainting appears dose dependent. Nausea, dizziness, light-headedness or sweating often came first, but fainting can happen with or without these warning signs. If you notice them, lie down with your head lower than your body, or sit with your head between your knees, until they pass, and do not drive.

Vardenafil affects the heart's QT interval. In a study of 59 healthy men, the usual 10 mg dose and a single 80 mg dose raised the corrected QT interval about as much as the antibiotic moxifloxacin, a drug known to prolong it. The clinical impact is unknown, and the effect adds to that of other medicines that prolong QT. The vardenafil label tells men with congenital long QT syndrome, or who take class IA or class III antiarrhythmics such as quinidine, procainamide, amiodarone or sotalol, to avoid vardenafil.

When to get urgent help

• Fainting, chest pain, palpitations, or severe dizziness during or after sex. If chest pain starts during sex, stop and get medical help right away.
• An erection lasting more than 4 hours, whether painful or not. The vardenafil label says to seek immediate medical help; without prompt treatment it can permanently damage the penis and cause lasting erectile dysfunction.
• Sudden loss or reduction of vision in one or both eyes. Stop taking it and get medical help straight away.
• Sudden loss or reduction of hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears or dizziness. Stop taking it and get prompt medical attention.
• Agitation, confusion, fever, sweating or muscle twitching after taking it with another serotonin-acting medicine or a recreational drug (possible serotonin syndrome).
• A seizure. Stop taking it.
• Low mood, thoughts of harming yourself, or unusually high mood and overactivity. Stop taking it and speak to a doctor.
• Swelling of the lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or a rash, hives or blistering skin.
• If you take more than one tablet, contact a doctor or emergency department straight away.

Tell emergency staff that you took vardenafil and dapoxetine, how much and when. The vardenafil label says a safe interval between vardenafil and nitrates has not been determined.

Who should not take Snovitra Super Power

Never take it if any of these apply:

• You use nitrates or nitric oxide donors in any form, regularly or occasionally, including nitroglycerin sprays, tablets or patches and amyl or butyl nitrite "poppers" (contraindication in the US vardenafil label and the EU Levitra product information).
• You take a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat (US vardenafil label and EU product information).
• You are allergic to vardenafil, dapoxetine or any ingredient of the tablet (EU Levitra product information and Priligy label).
• You have heart failure (NYHA class II to IV), heart conduction problems such as AV block or sick sinus syndrome, significant ischaemic heart disease or significant heart valve disease, or a history of fainting (Priligy label).
• You have had mania or severe depression (Priligy label).
• You take antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics, MAOIs), thioridazine, or other serotonin-acting medicines or herbal products such as triptans, tramadol, linezolid, lithium, L-tryptophan or St John's wort, or stopped one within the last 14 days. Do not start one of these within 7 days of your last dose (Priligy label).
• You take a potent CYP3A4 inhibitor such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin, nefazodone, nelfinavir or atazanavir (Priligy label). The EU Levitra product information also contraindicates vardenafil with ritonavir or indinavir, and with ketoconazole or itraconazole tablets in men over 75.
• You have moderate or severe liver impairment (Priligy label).
• You have lost vision in one eye from NAION (a sudden loss of blood flow to the optic nerve). This is a contraindication in the EU product information; the US label says to use vardenafil with caution, and only when the expected benefits outweigh the risks.
• You have severe liver impairment (Child-Pugh C), kidney failure needing dialysis, blood pressure below 90/50 mmHg, a stroke or heart attack in the last 6 months, unstable angina, or a hereditary retinal disorder such as retinitis pigmentosa. Because vardenafil has not been studied in these groups, the EU product information lists them as contraindications; the US label says vardenafil is not recommended for, or should not be used in, these groups.

The Priligy label also says dapoxetine should not be used, or should be avoided, in these situations:

• With a PDE5 inhibitor such as vardenafil, which is what Snovitra Super Power contains.
• After a documented or suspected drop in blood pressure on standing; treatment should be avoided.
• With a history of mania, hypomania or bipolar disorder, with schizophrenia, or with current depression. Do not stop an antidepressant in order to take dapoxetine, and stop and see a doctor if low mood develops.
• Under 18 years of age. It is indicated only from 18 to 64.
• With epilepsy that is not well controlled; stop after any seizure.

The US vardenafil label says men with congenital long QT syndrome, or who take class IA or class III antiarrhythmics, should avoid vardenafil, and that it is not recommended with uncontrolled high blood pressure (above 170/110), a life-threatening arrhythmia in the last 6 months or severe heart failure. Talk to a doctor first if you have aortic stenosis, a deformed penis (angulation or Peyronie's disease), a condition that raises the risk of prolonged erections (sickle cell anaemia, multiple myeloma, leukaemia), controlled epilepsy, raised eye pressure or a risk of angle-closure glaucoma, hearing problems, a bleeding disorder or an active stomach ulcer, or if you take warfarin or other blood thinners, antiplatelet medicines, aspirin or anti-inflammatory painkillers, medicines that prolong the QT interval, or medicines for epilepsy, psychosis, anxiety or sleep. Priligy tablets contain lactose; we do not have the full ingredient list for Snovitra Super Power, so check the pack. It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Prescription and legal status

Vardenafil is a prescription medicine in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. Dapoxetine is prescription-only in the UK and Australia, where it is licensed as Priligy; the FDA and Health Canada have not approved it. No vardenafil and dapoxetine combination is approved by the FDA, MHRA, TGA or Health Canada, and Snovitra Super Power is not licensed in any of these countries. In India, the Drugs Controller General approved sildenafil with dapoxetine tablets on 10 February 2020 and tadalafil with dapoxetine tablets on 23 July 2019. We did not find vardenafil with dapoxetine in the published lists of approved fixed dose combinations we checked, which run from 1961 to March 2025 with some gaps, so we cannot confirm that this combination is approved in India either. In the US, the FDA says personal importation of unapproved medicines is illegal in most circumstances. See a doctor before using it and check the rules where you live.

Buying genuine Snovitra Super Power

The MHRA warns that "any medicine not authorised for sale in the UK can be unsafe or ineffective and there is no way of knowing what is in them or the negative health effects they can have", and that erectile dysfunction pills bought online may contain no active ingredient, the wrong dose, hidden drugs or toxic ingredients. That warning covers Snovitra Super Power, which is not authorised in the UK, and the MHRA advises UK buyers to use only UK-registered pharmacies. Check that each strip names the maker and shows both strengths (vardenafil 20 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg), a batch number and an expiry date, and reject strips that are damaged, unsealed or unmarked, or that show a different vardenafil strength. These checks cannot prove a product is genuine, because counterfeiters copy packaging. If a batch causes unusual symptoms, stop using it, seek medical advice, and report it to your medicines regulator (the MHRA Yellow Card scheme in the UK, FDA MedWatch in the US, the TGA in Australia or Health Canada) as well as to us.
