Vidalista 60 Mg is a high-strength generic tadalafil tablet manufactured by Centurion Laboratories in India. Each tablet contains 60 mg of tadalafil, three times the standard 20 mg dose used in brand Cialis and most clinical guidelines. The 60 mg strength sits above any officially approved tadalafil dose and is used primarily as a step-up option for men who have not responded to the 20 mg or 40 mg doses after multiple proper attempts.

Tadalafil is a long-acting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. After oral dosing, peak plasma concentrations are reached in about two hours, with a half-life near 17.5 hours that gives clinically meaningful erectile response for up to 36 hours (PMID 14693068). The pharmacology does not change at higher doses; what changes is the side effect rate.

Who Vidalista 60 Mg is for

This dose is appropriate for a narrow population: men with confirmed non-response to tadalafil 20 mg and 40 mg after fair trials (4 to 8 properly executed attempts each), with no untreated underlying cause for the non-response. Severe vascular ED, diabetes-related ED, and post-prostatectomy ED are situations where higher doses sometimes produce better response, but only after a medical workup has ruled out reversible causes.

Side effects at 60 mg

Adverse effect rates rise sharply at this dose. Headache occurs in 18 to 25 percent of users at 60 mg compared to 11 to 15 percent at 20 mg. Back pain and muscle ache rates can reach 18 to 22 percent. Flushing, indigestion, and nasal congestion all roughly double versus the 20 mg dose (PMID 16422994). The duration of the erectile effect does not meaningfully extend; you mostly get more side effects, not a longer or stronger response.

Contraindications

Vidalista 60 Mg must not be combined with any nitrate medication, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, or recreational amyl nitrite. The combination can cause life-threatening blood pressure drops. Alpha-blockers, certain antifungals, HIV protease inhibitors, and grapefruit juice all raise tadalafil exposure and require dose review. Men with severe cardiovascular disease, recent heart attack or stroke within six months, or severe hepatic or renal impairment should not use this strength without specialist guidance.

How to use

Take one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Tadalafil absorption is not affected by food. Sexual stimulation is required for the medication to work. Maximum dosing frequency is once per 24 hours. Never combine with other PDE5 inhibitors or attempt to scale up beyond the prescribed strength.

Honest verdict

Vidalista 60 Mg is not a first-line dose. Most men searching for it would be better served by trying Vidalista 20 mg properly first, then Vidalista 40 mg if 20 mg is genuinely inadequate.
